Many 403(b) plans let you move money between approved providers while you're still employed. Most people never hear about it. We'll check whether your plan allows it, who's on the approved list, and whether moving actually improves anything.
Annuity exchanges (1035)
A 1035 exchange moves one annuity into another without triggering tax. It's a legitimate tool and a commonly abused one. We'll model the surrender charges, the benefits you'd forfeit, and the new contract's real terms before anyone signs anything.
Interest rate reviews
Renewal rates on older contracts drift down quietly. We'll pull what you're actually being credited today and put it next to what the same deposit would earn on a current contract. Sometimes staying wins.

Beneficiary reviews
Beneficiary designations override your will. Ex-spouses, deceased parents, and blank forms are all far more common than anyone expects. This review takes ten minutes and has prevented a lot of expensive family problems.

Required minimum distributions have start dates, deadlines, and penalties for getting it wrong. We'll confirm what you owe, when, and whether the timing can be arranged to keep it from pushing you into a bracket you didn't plan on.
